We the Jury Find the Defendent....

So here is the verdict...... Not yet. The Trail was interesting it was a Criminal Case for RAPE. Thats right i said it, rape. So the deal was that some girl who was 16 at the time (the actual said to be crime took place in 2003) went to a party with a "friend" of hers, mind you she knows no one else at this party. Now she stays out on the porch and thats it, now her friend comes out and gives her a shot of Vodka with juice and then goes back inside then some guy named mikey offers her another drink of the alcoholic kind and she demands a coke so he brings one to her now she begins to drink this coke. Now she testified that it had a funny taste, so if you had a pop with a funny taste that doesn't taste like alcohol, would you continue t drink it? i didn't think so. Anyways she gets to the bottom of this cup and sees a white sugary residue on the bottom and then nothing. She leaves us with the image of of the bottom of a cup and then blacks out. She then remembers waking up on the front LAWN of some house she can't identifiy and two other guys are passed out next to her. now im sick and tired of typing so to make a long story short she went to her cousins house which was magically near where she woke up and drove all over cleveland on a bus in underwear covered with PMS blood and then got a rape test done on her, the rest of the time was a bunch of pointless witnesses and evience basicly 4 years after the alleged rape happened they got a DNA match with a person by the name of JUGHGULKHSJLGF NO NAMES! the defendant. but the entire jury had reasonable doubt all over the place so we let the bastard go free Not Guilty on all accounts. and that was jury duty and now i wait for my $125 check..... yay me....

And now your moment of Zen

  2. I hope you enjoyed your first excursion into jury duty. My only regret is that I couldn't be there goading on the other 10 jury mates while you shake you head in confusion and shame.
